'Any Body for Tea?' and 'The Omelet Murder Case' @ Speeding Theatre and SST

The Speeding Theatre presents an evening of two one act plays that serve up mystery, murder and mayhem with a side of laughter. Both plays take place in 1950s Chicago. In Any Body for Tea? six elderly ladies taken with a handsome Irish detective will do anything to get him to visit. The Omelet Murder Case is a hilarious film noir type spoof on Hamlet.

Tight End, a new play by Rachel Bykowski @ Majestic Repertory

Majestic Repertory Theatre presents TIGHT END A Play by Rachel Bykowski Directed by Troy Heard ABOUT "TIGHT END": Ash (believe me, you do not want to call her “Ashley”) Miller’s dream is to catch the winning touchdown pass for the Westmont High Titans’ Homecoming game. Football is in her blood. In order to make the team, Ash will have to prove she is one of the guys even if that means sacrificing her body for the love of the game. A gripping new play for the #MeToo era. "Playwright Bykowski’s script describes the difficulty so familiar to trail-blazers, especially women who aren’t taken seriously...You'll leave the theatre thinking about Ash for a long time." - PerformInk REGIONAL PREMIERE With McKenna Castro, Miles Nelson, Cristina Florea and Adam Martinez FEBRUARY 28 - MARCH 24 Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays @ 8 p.m. Sundays @ 5 p.m. TICKETS: General Admission - $25 Students - $15

Join us at Rebar for the opening receptions of Steven Horlock's show of original artwork at Rebar on Preview Thursday, February 28th! Horlock's artwork will be on display at Rebar from February 28th to March 2nd.

    ReBAR

1225 S Main St, Las Vegas, Nevada 89104 ----- Steven Horlock is a self taught oil painter from Las Vegas. He uses his artwork as a way to explore and appreciate different cultures and nature. Through his art you get a view of the world as seen through dreams and mythology, giving rise to some of life's deeper spiritual questions. You can often find Horlock live painting at First Friday and ISI Group events as a way to further connect with viewers and take inspiration from the world and artists around him. When he is not live painting he likes plain air paint in the surrounding dessert landscapes. ----- StevenHorlockArt.com @steven_horlock_art
