The Asylum Theatre is proud to add the world premiere of COMPLEMENTO by Rafael Guizado; translated by Gigi Guizado, to its body of work as a Las Vegas gateway to global, contemporary theatre. The cultural scene with The Asylum Theatre is grateful for its collaboration with the Winchester Dondero Cultural Center, a Clark County in Nevada facility, for making it possible.
This new translation was a culmination of a years-long journey with artists and scholars from around the world through the Out of the Wings collective. It was an honor to host Catherine Boyle, the Director of Out of the Wings, live from London for the Las Vegas post-matinee audience discussion between the Las Vegas audience, The Asylum artists & Out of the Wings.
