CSN FALL CHORAL CONCERT DECEMBER 5TH
The Department of Fine Arts presents a lively festive evening of choral music
featuring the CSN Jazz Singers, The Chamber Chorale, and the members of CSN’s Voice Classes. The CSN Chamber Chorale performed at the MGM Grand Garden last year in the production of The Music of Game of Thrones. The CSN Jazz Singers were awarded 2nd place in the Community College Division at the Reno Jazz Festival last spring. Both ensembles appeared with Hugh Jackman to promote his film “Greatest Showman” at the Cinema Convention in 2017.
As a special treat for Nevada audiences, these talented performers have come together to present a semester ending concert under the direction of Dr. Mark Wherry, Joan Sobel and Voltaire Verzosa. The concert takes place on Thursday, December 5th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Nicholas J. Horn Theatre at the North Las Vegas campus. General Admission is $8.00 and $5.00 for students and seniors.
